With support throughout the project, they take part in defining the resources most adapted to satisfy the customers' project.
Junior Consultant
Our junior consultants are specialists in validation, thanks to training and development in Regulations, guidance, and IT.
The junior consultant takes part in the pre-sales activities and takes an active part in the various validation projects which are allotted to them.
Our junior consultants are integral in our internal workshops on practical problems, in order to contribute to the evolution of our methodology.
The junior consultant is a trusted ambassador with our customers.
Senior Consultant
Our senior consultants are experts in their field and manage the most complex operations. Thanks to their experience and knowledge of applicable best-practice methodologies, they are brought to manage national or international complex projects, and the allocated resources.
The senior consultants must adapt their approach to the context of the customer and the methodological maturity of the project.
The senior consultants direct our internal workshops on pertinent problems, in order to guarantee the evolution of our internal methodology.
Centre of Exellence Manager
The person in charge of Centre of Exellence has validation expertise but also of technical Exellence in their centre. The manager follows the projects and consultants attached to his centre.
The Centre of Exellence Manager is the interface between the Customer, various ADN Departments and the consultants of his Centre of Exellence.
He works narrowly with the engineers and businesses on the drafting of the commercial propositions and the planning of the projects.
